                                                                 Where you can find the best boiled seafood in town!  Our poboys are overstuffed and our plates runneth over!  We slow cook prime roast for hours to slice up and serve to you with gravy on hot, toasted french bread or over french fried potatoes with lots of gravy and cheese - sloppy fries!  Our unique boiled shrimp poboys with jumbo boiled shrimp are also a favorite among customers who prefer a lighter meal. 

Cuz has made an art out of boiling seafood and it shows!  We can't keep count of how many people have told us that our crawfish are the best they have ever had!  We also boil shrimp and crabs and open oysters to serve on the half shell as you order them. 

You can come in and sit at the bar to order a drink or enjoy our back deck overlooking the bayou!  The atmosphere is casual and fun.  As a family owned business, you'll probably be served by one of Cuz's daughters and you can find Cuz's raven haired wife, Christine, called Red by Cuz in the kitchen cookin' up something good!
